What? Exactly.

"I do not feel obliged to believe that the same God who has endowed us with sense, reason, and intellect has intended for us to forego their use."
- Galileo Galilei

Thinking.

That's precisely what this blog is for. It isn't necessarily to provide clear-cut answers to every question brought up by life, though I will perhaps attempt to answer a few. It isn't intended to be a soapbox from which I intend to blast the world with my personal opinions on life, the universe, and everything.

It's intended for those moments where a thought enters your mind and makes you pause.

It's intended for the ideas that need a voice, but aren't necessarily fully-formed.

It's intended for the non sequiters of the human existence.

Am I the most eloquent philosopher ever to stroke my mustache and pen the most profound statement known to mankind? Heavens no. Am I always rational? Negative, though I strive to be. Am I, however, in the pursuit of knowledge with the help of my God-given grey matter? Yes.

Without the expression of an idea, of a thought, no matter how "silly" it may appear on the surface, truth may be missed. Truth, you see, is often found in the company of others, in shared space and coffee shops where two or three people can get together and build on their perceptions of reality with a side of scones.

Welcome to my coffee shop. The seats are plentiful and the conversation's free, though I may get distracted from time to time. Bring your mind and your questions, and let's see where we end up!
